To my regret, people at the front desk do not always treat people fairly and try to use cunning and impudence to take money from a person for losing towels or for staying in a room and for various other things.

Food - staff ( mainly in main restaurant)- Internet not working in my room during my stay

I liked the sea, the beach, flower beds. Convenient location of the bar.Those who work at the bar are pleasant, friendly, very friendly workers. Only respect.

I didn’t like the fact that in many things there is dishonesty there is no respect they try to get money out of you in any way someone stole my towel I had to pay 20 dollars you are credited with a bar in your room and various different things this is unacceptable.There are many cats that spread the infection. There is no normal music on the beach at all. If you buy alcohol separately, then there is red tape with these receipts and a complete deception. There is no terminal at the bar to pay by card.At the reception desk they don’t understand you, they refuse you and they don’t treat you with respect. For any little thing you are forced to shell out your last money.

Well, in general, I can say that the breakfast is not bad, but I would like the dishes to be cleaner and cleanliness maintained.

The bed was clean and comfortable

The shower was not clean. The water jumped between cold and hot - super uncomfortable was to wait for the hot water and wash in cold.

Everything was good, we had a lovely week there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ahmed Said in reception was very nice and helpful from the beginning until the end of our trip. We recommend this hotel good quality-price.

The Lager , (five star) is awful unfortunately.

Great place lots of trees and grass that is trimmed and improved every day. Room was awsome.

The guy who brought our luggedge to our room was not satisfied with tip. So he turned on tv and stayed in a room until we paid him more to leave. There is also guy in reception building that stands and gaurds bathrooms expecting a tip. Sign in reception "enjoy free WiFi" is a slap in a face. Because wifi does not work and if it does its only at 5% capacity with bad connection. We had to go outside resort to find restaurant with decent WiFi.

They upgraded us to a sea view room which was nice. The beach was close to our room. The property is nice with the gardens.

1. At check in they advised that they had no card facility as the bank took their POS machine and hadn't returned it. This meant I had to walk in the night, alone, to an ATM and withdrawal money to cover our stay. This is a little bit dangerous. The hotel should advise guests before arriving that they can only take cash! 2. Our room didn't have any soap which I found to be weird. I have never stayed at a hotel where soap wasn't provided. There was also no complimentary water in our room, no beach towels, nor any other complimentary toiletries. So after checking in, we had to go shopping for hand soap and bottles of water. 3. I discovered on our 2nd day that the door to our room wasn't locking. I had to jiggle it, put the card in and try and release the door handle mechanism to lock it. I reported it to front desk at about 5:30 PM and advised them that we would be going for a walk and to fix the door. We returned to the hotel at 7pm and had dinner, then went back to our room at 8PM. Our door was unlocked and the issue hadn't been fixed. I tried to call the front desk, but our phone was dead and didn't work. I tried to call the hotels front desk via the phone number for the hotel on my mobile phone, but no one picked up. So I walked to reception who then told me that the technician said that he will not fix the door till we are there. So then I asked them to send the technician. He turned up about an hour later. He jiggled the door handle, put in the key card a few times till the mechanism in the door handle released and he said it was "fixed". I tried to convey to the hotel that this wasn't safe! As for one our room was unlocked whilst we were out and for another it was two females and baby in the room and the door wouldn't lock. Next morning same issue - we returned to our room after the cleaner and the door was unlocked. Reported it again, but was never fixed.

Regina Swiss Inn Resort & Aqua Park is nice place to enjoy your vacation , nice clean beach , food very good , housekeeping are good , nice and friendly staff.

The hotel is super clean ....very cozy ....nice rooms good location shrief from reception was very helpful and professional ...the room attendant was very good

Main restaurant service need to be improved a lot and behaviour of most of the staff and chefs is very rude

The rooms are awesome, perfectly clean, awesome garden view. The beach was very good, sea was very pure and clear. Most of it was sandy but there is a small coral side for snorkeling and diving

The food was good but not as good as expect, the chiefs was not so generous.

The location and the staff are excellent specially Mr Sherif & Mr Sherif both at the reception
